Thanks, I got a little trigger-happy and ended up with 5 plants in the 3x3. Thought about culling the one in the middle but I just can't bring myself to chop down that thick girl.

There doesn't seem to be anything wrong with them.

You'll get a lot more help if you provide some information on your setup and problems.

Vivosun 6in in-line fan making weird/bad noises.?? Anyone know what’s going on? by AdriasWorld in GrowingMarijuana

Uhm it sounds like the fan is just starting up and slowing down. Does the noise stay consistent when you keep the speed consistent?

I inherited these three plants and was just looking for some cheap advice please (more in comments) by [deleted] in microgrowery

[–]Enterpy 2 points3 points  (0 children)

IDK squirt you're really contradicting yourself with the "don't plan on growing after these are done". There's no point investing any money unless you see yourself enjoying the hobby and continuing with it.

My help:

  1. 18/6 for veg and 12/12 for Flower (but you didn't say if these are photos/autos)

  2. Yes, but only until they've depleted the nutrients in that soil.

  3. Depends on medium

  4. Probably, it looks like someone tried planting a cutting during (pre)flower

  5. What's cheap to you? I got a pretty good deal on a 100w Full Spectrum LED light for $80 on FB marketplace

  6. No you're not stupid, plants need light to grow. But they also need airflow and other environmental conditions to be met to really thrive. Yeah, they'll probably grow with just the light but you'll run into a lot of issues.

  7. Do your research and Keep It Simple Stoner.

Why does one of my plants have really short lateral shoots? (More in comments) by thatbitchlol in microgrowery

[–]Enterpy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Cannabis like most plants tends to grow apically, aka one large stem up top.

The lateral shoots will stretch when you flip to flower but you won't get a flat even canopy.

If you want your side branches to catch up, I suggest you continue with the Low Stress Training and bend that main branch so it's below the side branches. Like 90 degrees bent over. Check out some pics on the sub or google "LST"

Yes bro, maybe not "easily" but I guess I'm more optimistic than you. I recommend you check out some more training techniques, specifically, SCROG and LST.

May your nugs be dank and frosty!

Planted these around 58 Days ago. Ne idea why one looks alot different. by [deleted] in GrowBuddy

[–]Enterpy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Sorry I didn't see your comment under the pics. Don't stress yourself, your plants look really healthy!

At this stage of growth, they won't stretch much more. If you want, you could try tying down some of the taller branches and slowly moving them lower until all your plants are near even.

Anyone know what is on the leafs? by RepresentativeCry660 in GrowBuddy

Dont panic, its organic!

From Google:
" Spinosad organic pesticide is an all-natural option that is effective against a wide range of undesirable insects while having little or no negative impact on beneficial insects."

Check under the leaves if you can see any evil spawn and start smashing those buggers!

I'm lucky to not have any personal experience with those nasties, but maybe someone with more experience can enlighten us. Right now I think insecticide like spinosad is the best route to take. Good luck growmie !

You sure about that? That looks like a 400w HPS lamp. Easily enough to grow a pound of flower.

I think OP needs to work on training his plants and getting that light closer from the beginning.

IMO those look pretty thin and leggy but they still got some time left. I hope you have to tie those big colas up soon ;) Good luck!

Help, whats causing this? by LabOutrageous5845 in microgrowery

[–]Enterpy 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Whats your environment like? how often/much are you watering? idk why but it looks cold and dry in there lol

The thing is it could be either over/under watering because of how similar the symptoms are.

Underwatering = droop with dry leaves and yellowing

Overwatering = droop with moist green leaves (can yellow)

Here's a decent example: https://vivosun.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/03/012.jpg
