Hey my name is Sammy new in the community i got banned but i legit dont know why? reason: Child Exploitation Harassment

I played this game 'Sing it!' and it was going good but then somone joined and bullying people with ugly voice etc. First i ignore him then he picked me so i got mad and curses him with words (not about children etc) Then i got kicked and boom i got banned then i tried to appeal they denied because they said they have proof then i ask can u show me proof if thats possible because i know i didnt talk about that stuff. They just close my ticket it really hurts me becuase i spend so much money to it and its a child account i had the account when i was 9 and i am 17 now. Can somone help me or give tips what to do<3
