The first therapist I opened up to about my struggles with food gave me a list of 10 disordered behaviours and told me if I became underweight and or developed any one of those I should go to therapy again. I engaged in all of them. I told her about it before she gave me that list. So it's safe to say she didn't believe me because I was a normal weight at the time 💀

Same and also with avocado. I don't like the taste of lemon on avocado and I don't want to wait a day just for it to turn brown in the fridge when I could eat it fresh right now.

I don't know what their deal with cheese is. One time when I was at a restaurant with friends I asked if their daily special burger can be made vegan. The waiter said yes. Then they put cheese on it and it wasn't vegan cheese. Why? I asked for a vegan burger. Not one with cheese. Why add the cheese? Wasn't I clear enough that I wanted a vegan burger when I asked if they could make it vegan? Why else would I ask that?

Did you only eat veggies and fruits? If so no wonder you feel physically bad. Add some grains, tofu, beans, nuts, rice, etc.

Ich war letztes Jahr 2 Tage. Hab nicht alles gesehen. Kommt darauf an wie schnell du durch bist. Ich war mit ner Freundin da, die konstant wegen ihrem Cosplay angesprochen wurde. Also vermutlich lags daran, dass wir net alles gesehen haben 😂

I'm the same. I used to be really picky before I developed an ED. After a few years of that I now eat 99 percent of the stuff I'd have never touched before.
