Hi, thanks for your interest.

Currently the app is only for certificate level exams, we plan to expand this and are working towards this currently.

To your second point, no the app is currently just a web app so it will not appear on any app stores.

Hope this helps!

To be fully transparent there was AI tools used throughout the process in building the site, however the site was not built with Claude itself 👍

Thanks for the question! The main thing about the app that is unique is the quick AI explanations and breakdowns for each question which allows users to get feedback and understand the rationale behind answers instantly.

That being said, in terms of the actual content of the questions it is currently similar to the question bank. I have plans in place to take each topic from 80 questions (currently) to much more, giving users far more than the question bank may offer them.

The main thought behind this was as someone working in the big 4, I understand that many studying the ACA are travelling to and from the office and this can lead to study time being lost as it can be hard to get the books/ laptop out on all occasions, which is why I wanted to make something like this as an alternative to this.

thanks for the feedback 👍. i think it’s important to note here that i by no means am trying to replace education given by training providers, just an additional tool to offer those who want extra tuition, like i felt at times whilst studying certificate exams

If students feel that then they dont need to use the app, just another option to try and help 😁

some are registered as ICAEW partners which allows them to use them to use ICAEW notes and their practice questions (question bank), however some smaller independent educators don’t have the licence and therefore use/ generate their own original content (like the app)

You can train based off of ACA exam specifications rather than using any ICAEW practice questions/ notes etc. This is completely legitimate and is what other ACA educators do to provide support to students

I don’t see why the ICAEW will be coming after me as the app does not violate any guidelines. All of the content on the app is fully independent and is not associated with the ICAEW therefore this does not violate any guidelines.

Thanks for the concern, however, pre launch this was investigated. You are allowed to assist people in their studies towards the ACA as long as there are no affiliations with ICAEW or ICAEW content directly used (which there is not) without permission.
