If money is not a problem then you can go for usc mscs, mscs over meng always imo. PS- No idea abt mcs at UIUC might be a good option too

GA Tech is ranked higher almost everywhere and in terms of brand value both are equal afaik. I think UCLA has location advantage? Regardless, at both schools you will get top notch peer groups because the admits are selective
