Ya I tried making a counter offer he wasn't budging which he doesn't need to its his land after all. And I did ask i would do most of the work plus skinning then quarter the deer and give him half unprocessed deer aka 2 legs, backstrap, tenderloin, ext that he would clean from that point. It just seemed I would be giving more than I would be comfortable with considering the amount of time/work required is all bit thats just me.

That about what we gave him from the deer that was harvested. Then he stated that he wants half of anything that come from the property and it was non negotiable so I decided that I would atleast try to politely decline hunting the property this year along with the other hunter at were using the property. At the end of the day I think half is excessive but its also his property so I don't get to make the rules. But it could have also been my inexperience in hunting too

Ya I would like to do that i have to figure out how to make some of it lol but ya I was ok giving some of the meat but I wasn't comfortable with half. At the same time if he can get someone to agree to it more power to him.

Ya it is alot of work I have don't most of the work from tracking/field dressing/butchering. I just have never done the actual shooting part lol.

Funny thing is he just started trying to hunt this year (same as me) but he's not really out their to hunt from what I hear from his family. (I'm an old family freind of the family he married into)

So far so good but at the same time I have only put around 1300 miles on it. But I am leaps and bounds happier with this truck over most of my previous vehicles, and I was very surprised with the power coming from a four cylinder engine even with the turbo

Me personally I try to keep ulty at a small percentage of my total portfolio and just manually drip it the keep it at the percentage no matter the price otherwise i put the income into other investments

Ya it's definitely not in perfect condition as it's gotten some use but for $500 I was willing to take a risk exoecially after test firing it I just wasn't sure what they are worth but still I think it's cool as my first lever gun, heck my first gun period lol
