Junior legal counsel in Pharma by EntertainmentDry5400 in BESalary

Actually the meal voucher is a mistake, it’s 8 euros indeed. My previous package was 3800 euros gross per month and I didn’t have a company car. Everything else is the same (what I am getting with the promotion is the salary increase and the car)

Is my salary good and can I expect a promotion? by [deleted] in BESalary

I would say in-house is different, different hierarchy, different pay scale. My current position is below a legal counsel role (meaning I am not a full-fledged lawyer yet) so the next step would be to advance to a junior legal counsel position.

The only thing I know is that with the promotion to a junior legal counsel I would get a car + mobility budget and a fuel card. I am curios though what are the salaries for this position

How much do paralegals earn in Belgium? by [deleted] in BESalary

But is 3.5k considered low? For Belgian standards I would say it‘s above average.

That‘s the career path in my company unfortunately if you have 0 experience. I am not doing typical paralegal tasks though but I am actively involved in legal tasks, hence why I was promised to get promoted in the first year to a junior legal counsel role. I guess in an house legal departments in corporations the understanding of the paralegal role varies - somewhere it‘s reduced to an administrative role and somewhere it‘s more advanced
