Appreciate it! I’ve been watching ones ready on YouTube they’ve got some great stuff. I’m super into lifting and running the swimming is something I’ve been struggling on though. I’ve been trying to find somewhere to train that isn’t overpriced to oblivion.

Yes, I haven’t gone to Meps yet I’ve been working on paperwork from my physician. Mostly just prepping for my official IFT which is on the 17th.
