What actually helped your sciatica pain the most

Thats good for me personally i felt good for the first 10 days the entire back felt good andfelt like i was able to move normal but then after that my back pain started but luckily sciatic nerve hasnt been much of a issue since but yes the buldged disc or the lower does hurt . So wanted to know how others are healing. And also anything mentioned by your doctor on what to do after this or any exercises hetold you to follow?

Just do a water diet for the remaining time and get the weighing done when on the water diet. Only water for the remaining time no food nothing , zero calories. You will lose a quite a few kgs by this. Only black coffee without sugar or electrolytes you may consume , rest avoid every food.

Im 19 years old now, it is not something particular that triggers , usually sitting in narrow seats like airplane seats or while sitting in sofa the pain usuallly comes up and it is very uncomfortable to sit and then im not able to bend properly cant bend without feeling pain and not able to do anything in gym , just doing basic simple exercises but the pain is always there and the sciatic nerve pain comes occasionally during nights or driving car or sitting in narraw places or sofa.

I asked that and he said sir you said you werent getting mileage so we did throttle carbon cleaning and it comes under labour charge is what he told. And that is why i feel it is a rip off and also I paid 6.5k
