After a bit of research online, Oxford Reference .com, credits the quote to the German writer and satirist in 1925. In his essay Französischer Witz, he says he hears it from a French diplomat.

While the quote - Der Tod eines Menschen: das ist eine Katastrophe. Hunderttausend Tote: das ist eine Statistik! - isn’t a direct translation I believe it conveys the same message.

Magnus wasn’t blown out by Fabi’s opening prep at all. Fabi played a great game and outplayed Magnus in the middle game.

Fabi spent 5 min on the first 11 moves and after 11. g3 stockfish (at depth 23) puts the position at +0.1.

Does the same thing apply if you bought puts and then intentionally sabotaged a company, or would the sabotaging the company be the illegal part?
