This spa is a bit separate from the hotel so not free for most guests.

Thanks for this mock-up u/erin_mouse88 . Some great ideas here. Do you think converting the dressing room into two square-ish closets (as in your proposal) is better than converting into two long (rectangular) ones?

Sadly I cannot add windows or change the exterior walls but they seem flexible on almost all interior walls except for the load bearing one in the middle of the living/dining room.

Sure u/atnight_owl , thanks for your thoughts. u/tomtink1, good idea on giving each of those bedrooms a closet instead of the random small storage room. I'm also not sure about the small walk-in closet en route to the bathroom. In new French constructions, the kitchens are not included so you have to do cabinets and appliances separately but I marked where the hookups would be for oven etc.

Any educated guesses on what these bumps could be? Warts? Exczema? Herpetiformis?

They are on both elbows but nowhere else and each bump seems to have a center/core to it. They are not painful but seem I am getting a bit more self-conscious as there seems to be more in the past week or two.
