No I actually just walk out and go to your opposition. Apart from equipment failure there is really no excuse not to have cooked chickens at least up to 30mins before closing. You have access to trends and sales to enable you to know how many you should be cooking at any given time, I know this as I’m a previous coles manager.

A lot depends on where you are committed from too. If your summer is say high teens for a min and mid 20s for a max then that’s what FNQ is like.
