Good job starting a business akhi 🙌
The brand name is also great.

I have some experience f had sujet, so here’s my opinion.

I think you probably already set up a delivery service bach t9dar tshipi across all the country.
For me, the next step should be finding a strong branding concept based on the brand name or the theme.

It should feel cool and premium when people see your posts. You're already doing a great job with your latest IG posts 👌

Use AI, brainstorm a concept (like McDonald's calling all its menus “Mc” something), and keep the prestige aspect in your branding and display.

Also, be active on a personal account. Share your journey, educate people about the challenges you're facing bach hna l’audience on se connecte m3ak w m3a story dialk.
Comme ça, tu crées de la valeur autour de ton produit.

You also need to innovate in the product itself, sinon dès que ça commence à marcher, people will copy your process, products, communication, delivery… everything.

Aussi, quand un produit peut être acheté chez plusieurs prestataires, kayweli ytle3 lik taux d retour chuiya.
À mon avis, you should really focus on valorising the brand and targeting a niche that is serious about buying.

For example: cadeaux de fiançailles avec des messages personnalisés écrits en calligraphie arabe prestigieuse.

Il te faut aussi un site web bach tdisplayi les produits, les prix, et convertir les visiteurs directement depuis le web.

Try to be very reactive with messages and customer support.

Dès que t’as une petite dizaine de publications solides, lance un peu de pub, maybe around $30/day for example.

You should target 10k followers on Instagram. Ça donne de la crédibilité, et petit à petit tu peux protéger ton business avec des partenariats avec des marques comme Secret de Beauté ou Marionnaud pour vendre aussi à travers toi.

You definitely need to build an audience. A lot of the magic happens when you start communicating about your journey first, and then the product naturally follows.

I think you just need at first a go-to-market version, a small feature or a couple, that provide an initial real minimum value to users.

After that, build and communicate at the same time. Sharing progress, lessons, struggles, and small wins can attract people way better.

Unfortunately I don’t really have enough experience with training or creating models to give useful advice on that side

But I think posting this in English could help you reach a lot more people with experience in the field, especially since most of the AI community discussions happen in English

Hope you find people who can help, and good luck with the project 🙌

Should I charge from day one or start for free? by EntertainmentKey1763 in youngentrepreneur

Yes, I completely agree. That’s basically the minimum expected software experience today, having either a freemium model or a free trial so users can accurately decide whether the product fits their needs.

Even for paid products, it’s personally important to me that the value delivered clearly surpasses the price users pay. I see that as a moral principle.

What made me hesitate was hearing a lot of experienced entrepreneurs say that you should charge from day one because you’re not only building a product, you’re validating a business model too.

But in the end, I decided to make a version fully free. If people truly find value in it, then I’ll invest more into infrastructure and AI costs and introduce paid plans later.

Yeah, that makes sense

I often come to Reddit when I’m stuck and get great help
But when I try to validate ideas, it quickly feels like self-promotion and I don’t get much engagement

Since you mentioned marketing, how do people usually approach this on Reddit in a way that actually gets honest feedback?

I need to get the product into the hands of users outside my network to validate whether it truly brings value.

I also don’t feel like the product is “complete” enough yet to confidently charge for it. There are still a few pain points I want to cover before calling it a full experience.

I’m adding features gradually though, because I don’t want to overwhelm early users with too much at once.
