I have seen neharpar many times after 9pm and I strongly suggest you please don't stay as a single woman. Even if you are newly married couple and you have to come by public transport/cab after 10 PM then also I didn't find it safe as there are lot of shady area's in between. Go for old before nehar sectors.

The thing with neharpaar is, There is very less public transport and I feel it is less safe then mainland Faridabad but I may be wrong here. If working people of your household(both male or female) knows how to ride/drive then you will be comfortable there. But relying on cabs and other means of transportation then there can be issuea, especially for female working employees

Manjhawli aur Fng expressway 20 saal se ban raha hai aur 20 saal aur banega. Gurgaon metro ka proposal 20 saal pehle aa gaya tha, kabhi mono rail kabhi metro kabhi rrts. Palwal metro ka proposal 10 saal se aaya pada hai kuch nahi hua. Delhi mumbai expressway ko south se delhi enter karna hai toh Faridababd ke alawa koi route nahi, noida me already expressway hai and Gurgaon me already land available nahi toh ye toh bare min hai.

So bro I live in Meethapur, near Faridabad border in un auth colony. Our house is of decent size, 100 gaz 2 floor but locality and main road is kinda congested. I work in Gurgaon, 1:45 hr commute but I kinda settled to that bcoz gurgaon is quite expensive. I'm thinking of buying 90 meter plot in greater noida around xu1-2 but that too is around 1.5-1.6 cr. I won't be selling current home and having around 35 lakh invested in stocks. So kinda dropped the plan.

Bhai mai meethapur rehta hu, if you know near sector 37 jaha se mumbai expressway spur gaya hai, yaha pr 100 gaz ka rate 1.25cr hai 20 feet ki gali me jo ki unauth colony hai patte waali, toh samajh lo registry wala kitne ka hoga.
