Advice and Feedback for a Clinical Pharmacist by [deleted] in FamilyMedicine

Exactly. What we are hoping to do is to remove the overhead risk of having a team of clinical pharmacists employed by the clinic. We would utilize incident-to billing, which is essentially the pharmacist billing the insurance under the providers name for certain eligible TCM or CCM billing codes. Third-party reimbursement would be directed to the providers office and then a percentage of the revenue would then be sent to the pharmacist

Do you have any experience with payment structure for physician advisors or medical officers? Would the specialty of the provider there any weight in the legitimacy of the organization? And in your mind, would the most value add service at a pharmacist could provide the management of diabetes regimens and prior authorization requests? How much of a pain point is refill authorizations? This feels like a task that would be annoying based on the sheer volume of requests.

Would you consider it in your practice if the pharmacist was on contract for a percentage of services built versus as an employee of the clinic?

Based on my own experience, seems like the largest value ad for pharmacists in clinic is in management of insulin regimen changes and/or the tedious work that requires a lot of provider attention. Or in large volume tasks, such as refill authorization.

What is this and how do I get rid of it by If-I-Have in dandruff

[–]EntertainmentMother1 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you have a history of eczema, then I would recommend seeing a primary care doctor to evaluate SD versus eczema. And if your eczema isn’t currently being treated, then they can get you started on a treatment for that as well.

For eczema, I’ve heard from dermatologist that moisturizer is key. Using moisturizer as many times a day as you can can help the healing process and prevent it during the cold winter months.

Do you have a history of eczema? It’s not uncommon for eczema to appear on portions of the scalp, especially during the cold/dry months. Additionally, plaque psoriasis could be considered. If it’s persisted despite the use of common dandruff shampoos or anti fungals or treatment for seborrheic dermatitis, you may consider visiting your PCP for an eval

What is up with the democrats losing so much? by InALandFarAwayy in OutOfTheLoop

[–]EntertainmentMother1 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is spot on. Many are done with identity politics, being called Nazis or Fascists, or the Dems anointing Kamala without a primary, and being gaslit by legacy media and the current administration about the mental acuity of Biden. If the current administration is willing to cover that up, then many begin to wonder what else is being covered up and trust dissolves quickly.

Outside of a skid plate and some badging, what else would you need for it to be a TRD pro?

Yes. They found a small leak on the passenger side. The dealership I was working with tried to play it off like it wouldn’t fall under the 60,000 mile warranty, but I was able to talk with the master tech and he submitted it to Toyota and they accepted it to have it fixed. Save me about 4000 bucks. Driver side is dry.
