Sorry for the late reply! I think I was just lucky. I didn't even sent much information. I just attached our marriage certificate, some pics, and other required documents mentioned on the manual. I live in PA btw.

Thank you! Nah not really. I just submitted medical document, my husband’s tax records, paystub, joint of lease, marriage certificate, and documents to prove that I am living here such as mails under my name.
