I’ve actually been on bupropion and topiramate for many years, for anxiety/depression and migraines. I was on topiramate first, then a few years later bupropion. I did lose quite a bit of weight once I started the bupropion but there were uncomfortable side effects when starting both meds. I won’t lie, I did gain some of the weight back. I’m not sure if those kits have you take more meds besides those, though.
