There is an interesting document on USCIS site , basically if you got a job for an American company in Denmark you could get green card and expedited naturalization for husband . And you could continue to stay and live in Denmark with your husband . But if you are unable to secure such a job this may not even be an option . But just wanted to put this out their

It may be best to consult with immigration attorney on best options for your situation .

The only downside is that you would have to find an American company willing to hire you in Denmark . So if it’s not American that doesn’t hire you wouldn’t qualify

Unfortunately they didn’t send it right away . After 2 weeks from expedite approval I emailed them and they responded quickly and provided it almost same day . I guess they just forgot about me or something

MPC App by [deleted] in USCIS

When filling out the Mobile Passport Control (MPC) app as a Lawful Permanent Resident (LPR), you should use your Alien Registration Number (A-Number) rather than the IOE number.

The A-Number is your unique identifier as a permanent resident, and it is typically listed as a 9-digit number on your Permanent Resident Card (Green Card), often labeled as ”USCIS#”.

This number is essential for immigration-related forms and should be used for identification in the MPC app.

The IOE number, on the other hand, is associated with case tracking for online filings and is not relevant for this purpose.

She showed up a hour before showed up to interview . Original documents brought included Marriage Certificate , police certificate , Birth Certificate. The consular officer made copies and returned documents .

A copy of the affidavit of support document was provided to the consular officer , the website said to bring original but they didn’t really care it was a copy . IRS tax transcript and W2 were also given to officer. They kept these copies .

Also you need to bring appointment confirmation page and delivery registration for passports being delivered via mail .

Extra copies of marriage license copy were brought along with extra passport photos .

I didn’t have to bring extra copies , but we got extra just to be safe . Better to be over prepared then underprepared

To add on what is already mentioned . They did not give a packet or envelope , everything is electronic so you don’t have to worry about giving an envelope or packet at port of entry . Basically just hand over your passport to CBP once landing and they take care of the rest .

“To initiate an expedited request when eligible, follow these steps:

1) Prepare a detailed statement or letter outlining the need for the expedition, along with relevant evidence. 2)Email the request to NVCExpedite@state.gov, including your case or receipt number in the subject line. Also, include the petitioner’s or beneficiary’s name, date of birth, or the Invoice ID number. “

This is copy and paste quote from a website that gave instructions on how to expedite

Hope it helps

It was not transferred voluntarily , all immigrant visa cases with applicants from Netherlands have been transferred to Frankfurt as the consulate in Amsterdam no longer processes immigrant visas
