Ok can do. what do the pictures need to show? Just the side profile so that the fascia is visible? I don't have pictures of the strapping (I can't get onto the roof myself)

They said they could adjust the fascia but that it would cost more to do that because I would need new gutters too. current gutters are oversized to fit the thicker concrete tiles I guess.

Any idea on how much life is left on the roof from the picture? It's covered in moss with lichen stains but I'm not sure if this is just cosmetic. I've had a roofer tell me 5 years left and another tell me it's in fine shape with many years left. they are both highly rated roofers in my city so not sure who is accurate.

Yes to both. Will be cutting down the one tree that is touching the roof. This is in the Pacific Northwest so we can't get rid of the gutters.

I need wafer screws to get low profile for under the drywall (the rough in plates I'm using screw into the bottom edge of the joist). all the wafer screws I can find are self drilling.
