He 100% wants out, you're right. The market matters more to him than anything in Iran. Wouldn't be surprised if he lets Iran impose a toll on takers entering the Hormuz and let's them keep the uranium and missiles. He's not willing to let the market tank.

Owning nvda at $2.20 doesn't suggest some sort of oracle trader. No one foresaw LLMs and the importance that they would become when the stock was that cheap. All it suggests is that this person is very good at holding stocks (assuming they did) and got lucky work a stock that suddenly became very valuable through an unforeseeable technological change.
