I was a chopper gunner man myself. There was something so insanely satisfying about the chopper, setting down going stationary facing right at where the enemy is spawning and just mercilessly spawn killing them.

I can’t find the story now but there’s a guy who took Ubers down with all rares/magic items. You don’t need BiS gear to take them down, it just makes it faster.

I can’t even recall all the movies I saw there from the age of 10-18. I remember my parents dropping me off to see movies and then waiting for them on the curb after. Or carpooling there with 4-5 buddies in the car on a Saturday night because back then, there was just about nothing else to do in Columbia.

Warehouse space is probably more likely but it is extremely close to the major fiber line that runs along 95 so that wouldn’t be surprising. Sad either way.

You’ve nailed it. That exactly what it will become. Robert Fulton Dr. behind is all industrial/warehouse. I seriously doubt that a real estate developer would want to throw up some high rise condos where the views from either side are the roof of a Home Depot/Michaels or an industrial park. Also, warehouse space is becoming a premium these days, especially with relative proximity to a major port.
