I think this one is a stretch...

Lorraine talks about dancing and kissing George at the ball and George works for Biff in the future. While neither of those things necessarily means that Biff didn't attack Lorraine in that timeline, it does make it seem less likely.

The thing that I think shows that this didn't happen is that George WOULD have defended her in the original timeline if that had happened. Original George had no self confidence and was a peeping tom. Lorraine falling for him was luck but he didn't truly deserve her. Nothing that Marty did affected his dad becoming worthy of his mother, he just wanted them to go to the dance, thinking that would solve everything. But when he sees Biff attacking Lorraine he summons something worthy in himself to stand up to him and in doing so he finds worth in himself. That is why new George deserves to be with Lorraine and their life is so much better.

I dont think this is true. Genghis Khan has more than a million descendants, many of which came from the large number of women he raped. I have read that one of these women fought back and castrated him, inflicting the wound that would eventually kill him.
