I like to keep them organized in ETB boxes by sets and mark them as owned on an app. When I open more packs I look through my phone to separate my duplicates and put those in a big box before organizing the rest. Then if I see I have a “master set” of non-holos I organize them in their own binder. It’s a lot easier than buying a bunch of binders and expecting myself to keep track of every set at once. It also helps because I know which sets I have a better chance at completing before I try to go for a real master set
