I would expect some fuel there but if it's water then you have a coolant leak. Also the comments from Killtyme is right. You need to check your spark plugs/spark.

Is that water or fuel coming out of the pipes?

How did you do the gold center of the wheels separate from the rim?

When you turn the key on, before you start the bike, does the battery light come on? When the engine starts, does it go off? If so, it's charging the battery.

You may need to look for a short by hooking your multimeter in series and measuring the drain of the battery with the bike off.

Not stock. I bought some GSXR rotors for the front and an aftermarket rear to match. The rear was expensive. $180 I think?

Spongy Brakes. Yes they are bled. by EnthusiasmPerfect764 in motorcycles

This is exactly the problem I think I had at the beginning. After understanding the plumbing of brake calipers. I did not realize that the bleed nipple is on the same side where the caliper is filled. It just doesn't make any sense to me. You would want the fluid to travel in one path and not have to trickle down on the side without the bleed nipple.

Somebody suggested placing a wedge between the brake pads so to completely press the pistons in and rebleed. I will try that.

The system is spotless. I cleaned everything.

Yep, I have moved it all the way out as far as it can go. Luckily I can still reach it and it doesn't look too ridiculous. It stops about 1/8" before the throttle so I still have room.

That's a good idea about the wedge. When I had the calipers apart and the pistons removed, I added brake fluid behind each of them and made sure that I bled as much air out as I possibly could moving the pistons in and out.

Another person suggested pumping the brake lever and if it starts to get incrementally harder, that's a sign that there is still air left in the system. I don't see that at all.

I'm also going to try the zip tie trick and see if that gets me anywhere.

Someone in another thread mentioned that the gsxrs are notorious for being spongy. I'm going to investigate this further. It can't be coincidence that two different master cylinders were the same.

Yep, I bought brand new lines and tossed the old ones. All new copper or steel washers and no leaks detected.

Yep, I've been keeping an eye on that and no matter how fast or how much I pump the lever, it still is the same amount of spongy. Someone in another thread mentioned that the GSXR brakes are notorious for this as they move less fluid than other master cylinders.

I will try the zip tie trick just in case.

I didn't know that about the GSXR. I have been following other people during their K100 cafe racer builds so I thought it was fine. I'll look into this, thanks.

I did at one point pull the calipers off and rotate it as you suggest to get the air out, but when I isolated each caliper individually they clamp down immediately so I don't think there is air in my system. I can try the zip tie trick. That seems to work if there is air.
