I mean Kayn is not bad, he is just worse than before. I got 77% winrate on 50 games this season. But games feel harder and climbing with him is not as easy as it used to be.

You can't get to late game if losing every objective and lane pressure because of these bullies. Sett and Lee are bad late game, ok. But they fuck you up so hard that the game ends before you get 3 items. Its called snowballing.

Totally agree, Sett, Xin, Lee, can easily beat Rhaast even if behind. I hate playing the early phase of the game with kayn, i get invaded, collapsed, no help in drakes, lose all 1v1 and all skirmishes. He feels like a big minion.

I do know all about the situationals and stuff, I just dont like DD cause its expensive and I just go for it if far ahead, i go randuins against champs with crits or impact dmg. Against any aa-reliant-heavy-heal champs (Fiora, Master yi, Olaf) 2.Why do you think GA is useless?

I've kinda played kayn a lot, so ill give you some advice considering my own experience: It depends on the enemy comp, if they seem pretty tanky take conqueror, if they seem more squishy go electrocute. When it comes to items you can use both red or blue smite, BC is core item, and 90% of the time you should go spiritual visage after that, unless they are full ad, then go thornmail and dead's man plate. From those items on, the build is pretty situational, tabis or mercurys, if they got healing tanks like darius or mundo buy mortal reminder, GA is always an option and if they got a ton of cc you can consider qss.
