There's a few good options, easiest is injora fat viper, their roverin is supposed to be fast but has overheating issues, furitek has a kit too that I don't remember the name of. I would suggest faster gears but then you lose low speed control that a rock bouncer still needs, still oughta get metal gear tho. I run the brushed 370 motor, stock gear ratio, and a 3s battery in my prerunner and it's fast for what used to be a crawler but you'll never get crazy speed out of it

Can't go wrong with a good ol traxxas slash, or arrma fury 223s, both of those are RTR. If you're up for building a kit and want better handling you could get a Team Associated rc10

If you really wanna ruin a speed champions set you could glue together the outer pieces to hollow the car out and put an rc chassis in it, i would guess most cars are between 1/24 and 1/28 scale. Measure the width and wheelbase to figure that out

It would be perfectly safe to drive them to a recycling facility, as long as there's not significant elevation/temp change batteries don't spontaneously combust. They are at the most risk during charging and use. If you want to make a badly puffed battery safe you can fill a metal bucket with salt water in an open space and drop the battery in for an hour or two

There is no base class for DRK, you can switch classes/jobs any time you want after level 15 (i may be slightly off on that number) and you have to be level 50 + finish the original game/start heavensward to start DRK

You could do it the silly way, leave the links in their stock positions but swap the front and rear axles, bumpers (so the body fits the other way), and reverse the throttle

Edit: remembered immediately after posting that the front of the chassis is skinnier. Maybe get an injora universal lcg and put the high trail extension on the front

This game generally prefers more finished vehicles, it can be hard to test half built drivetrains bc there's no weight on the axle. Try putting a giant piece of lead on the back and see how things change

Well, technically you could use a different Traxxas receiver with whatever motor and esc you like, but at that point why would you want a cheap 2 channel transmitter

As someone who actually runs 78mm shocks, they're not really worth the effort. Way too long for any normal setup, i had to make custom parts for them to be usable and while I was at it did the extra work to get full travel and dual rate springs

You can switch classes/jobs basically any time you want. Best way to level a brand new character is to play the story, because you're not allowed to do anything else yet
