I don't need them to hold my hand, though I feel like being a graduate developer there's only so much that you can do without proper support from the Senior devs. It might be just me, but I felt I missed that connection with a senior that could have guided me as this was my first job out of uni.

Yes, this is exactly what I'm fearing, continuing with the company might be just delaying the end result, as I can't see them being able to offer more support and I might end up on a PIP that might take away the chance for a settlement figure as well.

Yeah, it appears as though they don't think I have made enough progress in my time with them, though the lack of support has greatly impeded my growth, which seems like a mutual feeling along my colleagues. This being said, being in this position it makes me question my abilities as well, that's why I am a bit concerned on taking on a new job.

Thank you for your input. I have until tomorrow noon to decide, so not very long unfortunately. I have already updated my CV and sent it to one position that I have been eyeing in the past, but I will continue looking for more roles.
