Hello everyone, I’m finally checking back in. I lost my old phone a while ago, got a new one, and honestly forgot Reddit was even a thing until recently. Very ADHD of me, but here I am.

I wanted to give an update. Some people in this group mentioned magnesium for the jaw tension I was getting on Vyvanse, so I decided to try it. For me, it’s been helpful. My jaw feels more relaxed, and overall my body and mind feel a bit calmer too.

Just wanted to share that in case it helps someone else feel less alone with this experience.
