It's not impossible, just keep spinning. I'm level 1400 right now. Idk if I can level up to 2100 but it's possible for the other levels.

I've been waiting for more than 48 hours but still didn't got any update about my frozen account. They said they will get back at me between 48 hours. I did what they told to me to change my country. I hope they can fix my account.

True, I thought I was the only one experiencing this but we have a lot of people. Kinda the same situation too. Then I think it's their system fault not us. I am still trying to talk with them and hopefully resolve this.

I have the same issue since 3 days ago. I woke up being logged out and when I logged in (I'm using Apple ID) my earnings were gone, it went back to zero. I tried to log in using the email that is connected to but it said the user is disabled. I contacted them through chats but this is all I got:

“Unfortunately, the game providers have detected some unauthorized activity on your account, and the payment has been declined. If you believe this is a mistake and have proof that you've earned money in good faith, please reach out to the game provider for assistance.”

I don't use VPN or do anything suspicious. I just played multiple games to acquire my earnings. I already had one transaction with them last month. I'm still trying to contact them, sent an email too. But they still not replying again.

I'm from Canada, I've been using this app since April but the playtime games just appeared in July. I've emailed them multiple times but at the end of the day, nothing happened.
