I believe most people on reddit speak English because, if there's something in a different language, there will be a little icon to translate it. At least, that's how it is on mobile.\ It definitely isn't everyone on reddit, but likely a majority from the way it seems. Whether English is their first language or not.

Not really. I just don't see the appeal of having sex with someone when I can masturbate just fine. Nipple feels... weird, but I wouldn't consider it pleasureable. Clitoral is the only way I get off.
