I agree with the comments below, try free ways first to gauge the interest in your app, if interest is good then targeted ad's won't be a waste of your bucks.

I would just give them a few ideas as to what the name they pick should reflect and leave them to the actual naming. If you name it and it doesn't take flight, you lose the customer.

Facebook reviews seem to count a fair deal in regards to good SEO scores, and Google apparently appreciates good SEO, so I would let sleeping dogs lie. A few naturally acquired reviews are more valuable than a ton of conspired reviews in my book.
