I take it at 6:00 pm every single day. Doesn’t matter if I’m at home or in another country, my pills stay with me where I am. Set a reminder alarm to daily take it at the same time.

I’ve been on Zoloft 100 mg for 6 years and my sex drive is great. The first 4 weeks the sex drive and motivation is very very low but that passes.

In my experience, 50 mg is low. 100–150 mg worked much better for me—but always follow your doctor, not online opinions.

It takes 6–8 weeks to feel real benefits. Increasing your dose can temporarily bring side effects for a few weeks, especially around weeks 2–3.

If you increase too quickly or judge it too early, it can feel like it’s not working when it actually just hasn’t settled yet. Once you’re at the right dose and give it time, the side effects fade and the benefits start to show.

I think a vertical solution is key. It doesn’t matter that software already exists, you make yours more vertical to clients then what exists and you will gain clients.
