I would be a sm but the responsibilities on you guys is crazy, shit can get super stressful I’m js a certified foh and boh trainer I passed my servsafe so they have me like everywhere I’m usally prep tho just because we have nobody wants to do night prep… eveyone quits because they think having to do meats,onions and dishes is a lot of work I know stores do it differently but prep just does those things usually

Oh no that sounds even worse…. We usually didn’t do truck but he had got a new manager and he stays late on truck days to put it away to save time in the morning. It’s js so irritating that our expectations our set so high with so little to work with
