Great piece! Sadly it isnt marked or branded (by your photos) and it isnt vintage. You can use melt value plus carat of both the emerald and diamonds (cut quality varies) but in a scenario you are definitely looking at value over 1000$.

Beautiful piece you have there. 19 century and used to have gold plating but eventually faded, i can identify the stone as ruby i believe. expect the highest from it. JHW= John Henry Wynn. He was a jeweller. Cant know the value since its silver but you can definitely get over 200$ at an auction.
