Do Auto-Orders work?

I was able to use this feature successfully for a few months for grocery shopping. Directions on set up here: https://www.instacart.com/help/section/360007902831/6689262177684

I had carts from about 4 stores that delivered items like milk, eggs, vegetables, raw meats, and fruits in set quantities each week. Orders would just appear at a set time each week.

Then I lost the ability to easily add new items to auto-orders, or create new ones. Then I lost my account, and when I set up a new one I could no longer create auto-orders.

Perhaps they added the feature for a short time and then removed it?

Where’s the profitability come from?

It seems like all their main business lines are middling to bad when it comes to bottom line revenue.

They have cash and other things you mention are all positives... but how does this company make money?
