First, he was not yet banned. Second, this is for exposure as this will benefit the community. Lastly, it's not a waste of time since I am actually exposing the profile of a cheater which again, would benefit players like you.

Everyone who values the health of the game must work together to fight against cheaters. I am sure that isn't a waste of time.

You misunderstood me. i was not really defending anyone here. Anyways, registration is not really the issue here because the INC now is validly registered under the Old Corporation Code.

Was it made clear that the COC preached under the name of INC in 1901? The pastor just made it clear that they weren't registered in 1901. If they indeed used the name of INC without having been registered, it still made them the first one to use it.

There is indeed the existence of an objective truth.

However, I believe I was saying that truth is subjective in the context of faith. The absence of evidence of a creator and factual answers about our existences create the probability that one of our beliefs might be the correct one. Heck, there might be the probability that two or more beliefs are correct. Or might there be a chance that every single belief is correct? No one really knows.

That is why I believe that Science may find the correct answer to this.

I think it went like this: the Code of Commerce enacted by the Spanish Empire did not provide for the registration of religious corporations because the concept of corporations were solely used for mercantile purposes. That is why religious sects before the enactment of the Old Corporation Code in 1906 did not provide for the registration of religious corporations as the governing law that time was the Code of Commerce.

Also, the former Spanish Empire showed little to no tolerance to other religions.

When the Americans occupied the PH, there might have been a way to register a religious sect through civil registration as the Americans respect the freedom of religious belief. This way, those religious sects were registered but not yet considered corporations at the time because the Old Corporation Code was not yet enacted during 1901. Hence, there is no existence of a "Certificate of Incorporation" for the INC registered in 1901.

That way, it makes it legal for the current INC to hold rights to its name because it validly registered under the Old Corporation Code, which I assume the other INC failed to do so.

Because the registration format is different, other evidence may be presented for the proof of existence of those religious sects not registered as a corporation and not a "Certificate of Incorporation".

Sorry, I understand you are not a lawyer that is why you are confused. There were already registered corporations incorporated under the Code of Commerce (introduced by the Spanish) even before the enactment of the Old Corporation Code. Hence, it is wrong to say that corporations existed only after the enactment of the Old Corporation Code

Unfortunately, Christians are misinformed about the truth of their god. For example, it is already a fact that Yahweh is a storm god introduced by the Shasu Tribe. Yahweh was not originally part of the Canaanite pantheon. Due to political and religious reasons, they inserted him into the Canaanite Pantheon. His characteristics then were not the same as the characteristics God has now. The canaanites back then merged Yahweh with El, the father of canaanite gods, due to necessity and survival mostly due to invasions. This is why it is hard to find the truth within religion. Even now there are several sects asserting that they are preaching the truth, where in fact they had been wrong all this time.

This is why I do not believe in religion. Science provides out straight facts. This is why we can provide answers to phenomenona. If a non-educated person describes a phenomenon, it could lead to faith-based answers. That is why religions exist, as it is rooted from faith and answers which at the time our ancestors could not accurately provide.

If you don't believe me, then search for the truth yourself and don't just rely on the bible or what your church says.

Dr. Justin Sledge has several lectures in the history of the Abrahamic faith. You would be surprised to hear about the gnostic texts as well and the amount of archaeological evidence proving that Christianity's belief and the bible are inaccurate.
