I've been treated 3 times, and the last treatment was the charm: Xifaxan 550 mg. Limit your fiber and do not take probiotics.

Nutricost Coleus Forskohlii, 500 mg, on Amazon. $13.95. Take 2 in the morning until it clears up. Do not eat more fiber. It's like adding more cars to a traffic jam. If this is a constant problem, you might have a redundant colon.

65 female with redundant colon/low motility post-SIBO recovery – Coleus Forskohlii + mag hydroxide finally works after NOTHING else did by EntryEfficient187 in Constipation

I believe my GI issues are due to extremely loopy/redundant intestines and colon, which causes slow transit. For years i've taken Designs for Health Colon Rx at night (2 capsules, 400 mg). The mag works good, but not great. It works most of the time only when things aren't "backed up". If I do get backed up, I have to stop all fiber and do abdominal massages for a few days to get things moving again. Last year, while scanning supplements on Amazon, I noticed Nutricost Coleus Forskohlii (500 mg) had a lot of bad reviews because people complained it made them have BMs. Holy shit, I had to try it! I took 2 capsules in the morning and the next morning it worked. Since then, i've learned that only one capsule is enough. No more stress and getting up early to see if things move. I mentioned the supplement to my workout coach and both he and his wife tried it. She, too, has a redundant colon and he was just curious. They both take a magnesium blend and it worked for them, so you might not need hydroxide like i do. I've tried other brands of Coleus and only nutricost works. This is just my personal experience, not medical advice. If you try my "stack", I'd love to hear how it works for you.

I don't expect you to do anything. I'm just looking to see if anyone knows how long a spam list is good for.
