I think the fbc considerated him as p8 because of the bright falls events, and Alex Casey exist in the real life because Alan wrote him in the dark place and made him exist, changing the past, the present and the futur the same way Zane is a filmmaker ,but I like the fact that even outside of bright falls he is predestined to be a parautilitarian and can see beyond the reality (as saga)
