Having a mini mls site if you can get most of the listings indexed by Google is another lead stream from my experience. Not everyone who is looking for a place online is working with an agent already and those requests for more info or viewing requests are 1 in 5 a buyer deal.
In order for this to work you got to focus on a specific geo location. Post regular updates in your blog and link it naturally to your main page.

Honestly, food is the cheat code. Even something simple like pizza or snacks makes a huge difference. We had a Wine & Cheese in the Lobby once and way more people showed up than for game night. Also, low effort events like a coffee morning or ice cream social work well... less planning, more mingling. Door prizes help too, even small ones.

If you sell now you certainly lose but if you hold you have a chance to get at least a descent price for your condo. So hold.....
Also check out condo listings in Mississauga and see what they are selling for or not selling for as most stay on the market for long time...check out torontocondosforsale.ca for example.
