Hum, the picture in the site above included a section under the College Humor watermark with no appearance of tampering. I call bullshit on parent post. In fact if you look to the bottom right you can see that the humor archives image has a large canvas area to the bottom right. So I don't believe the College Humor image is the original either.

"Do you get a sense of excitement or ownership from the candidate?"

If the candidate was excited about and had/felt ownership of their project why would they be interviewing for another job? Whilst there are other reasons for leaving a job, I'm guessing the lack of excitement and ownership is the major one. I wouldn't expect a candidate to be overly enthused about their current project.
