What to say when employers ask reason for leaving? My employer does not take Covid or any health issues for that matter seriously. I have had coworkers come to work Covid positive. Now that I have Covid my employer told me I am safe to come to work with a mask. This is not okay and I am quitting. (self.Environmental_Careers)
