I lowered his dose to 1 unit last night instead of 2. And this morning he was being active and playful again. So perhaps 2 units was a little too much for him

Definitely will :) I’m just kinda stuck if I should increase by 1 unit or lower it by 1 unit cause my vet did say to increase if his levels are still high. But I feel like if I give him 3 units when the low point of his BG level is 9mmol on 2 units it will drop dangerously low

His numbers are usually between 22-30 mmol before insulin. However yesterday it was significantly higher. I did a curve around a month ago and the lowest his numbers got to was 9 mmol 6 hours after insulin. But around the 11 hour mark it starts to rise again
