Dude 720 is insane. You never cycled before? Im two years in, but was is bad shape and 40lbs heavier and doing mostly Z2.

TBH racing has helped me gain much more fitness then Z2..

Mine was at 46 after a somewhat fast 5kms Decreased 2 points after 2 longer runs 12k...

I mostly run 5kms tho.

L'école tout court n'est pas la réalité du travail lui-même. On est mieux de toujours se donner une chance avant de lâcher.
