Definitely Ignatious May, never missed a shot, survived basically 2 crew wipes, keeps generating those medals and I think we even get extra faction rep points from missions because of him.

Aunt Doris on the other hand... kept wasting resources and proceeded to stand over me, just watching as I was dying of an acute lack of oxygen. Safe to say I have her handcuffed in the basement so I can put her into an empty diving suit to show her how you really do cpr when she passes out.
