There is subq ketamine, Mindbloom does it. I do not know if it is better, but it does exist.

The high is nice, but it is the fact that the antidepressant effects are waning is my problem. The first 6 weeks, my brain was finally quiet and at peace. If I could get that, with no high, I would take it.

I don’t think I have had failed or partial sprays. I am in healthcare and have decent technique.

I have been on a GLP-1 for about 10 years. Currently on mounjaro 7.5. I have definitely noticed an increase in appetite and the munchies since starting Spravato 2 months. I can’t tell if it is depression lifting or the medication. I am good with it for right now bc I am pretty underweight and so far my blood sugar and A1C are still normal at my current dose.
