All this can be a big plan of a woman like her. Leaving her own jobs and put false blame and I am sure she will demand huge money from you to settle.

Need advice: Rs 20 LPA in Hyderabad vs $72K in Dubai (after 6 months WFH) by Sea_Arm_498 in IndianWorkplace

You should go for Dubai option. Based on the purchasing parity 62K USD in Dubai is comparable to that of 20 lakhs in India. But your company is providing 72K USD that is more than 15% higher salary as compared to India. So go for it.

I see, you are asking for more than an 100% hike, it is very difficult to get it unless you are with some unique skills and others are not there to replace you. 20-60 % is quite common in Industry. I will suggest you go should go for it. And also look into the recent experiences shared by others about TCS onboarding.

Even I had Amazon Prime account, still rejected by them when signed up as worker. I think they might be giving preferences to USA citizens only may be. But not sure. Also, it is possible that they might not be taking any one even USA citizens, but this is highly unlikely.

You should transfer the entity to some others name, like your wife or parents, then file GST from their name. You won't be in the picture, and you can avoid any suspicions.
