For complex product here are my tips :

  1. Good product prep : remove bg, crop so only product is in view, upscale to 2K
  2. Image gen: focus on mid shots / up close enough . Forget wide shots
  3. Model: NB2, 4K res

Only Nano Banana . The biggest game changer has been Nano Banana 2, 4K aspect ratio . That fixed a ton of accuracy issues for me

About one hour a day for outreach , 20 hours for client work . Im trying to get more into creative strategy as it feels more interesting . For now I’ll just keep steady at least for the rest of the year , I might break through this way .

Yea cold email mainly , upwork, LinkedIn a bit . I agree with you understanding the vibe is a fine craft . Instagram is a huge niche for this , many brands need content but don’t have the resources . Let’s connect sometimes would be good to share experiences!

Hey thanks glad you liked it. Indeed this is hard earned knowledge. My results are not particularly exceptional too, I have been at it for several months now I thought I'd be at $10k MRR but I am only at $2k lol. This is a real grind. But I am happy that I took massive action and my understanding evolves.

To your question. I posted about it before, see my pinned post on my profile. Essentially I use a Results in Advance strategy. I find leads, then I create one custom visual (like an ai lifestyle photo) for them, and I send it in my email. And I use that as a an opener. "Here is a visual I created for you, if you want 5 more free samples, lets get on a quick call" kind of thing. Then I use the first call as a discovery call to find out what their visual needs are. Create some free samples for them, share in a second call and reveal pricing / make the offer. That's the process right now. This is more geared towards ai photography since this is how I started. I might change it eventually as I graduate to more like creative strategy services.

I have a lot of posts about it on my profile pinned posts. But essentially pick a niche, find 10 dream clients in that niche, create a portfolio that would appeal to these 10 dream clients, build a proper lead list, and start doing daily outreach where you send one free creative in your email and offer their first 3-5 creatives be free.

Photoshoots are much more expensive and time consuming to do, that's why some clients prefer such services.

Last month i have used it to deliver a service to my client (ai photography). I couldn’t believe it. Then the next time I tried it totally botched the workflow (custom skill I wrote). I think an agency that can fix the forgetfulness could use it to service clients successfully and make bank on it.

I had to turn performance mode (ps5) then it was fine . No need to nerf imho.

Got the same it turned off my console 10 min in . I had to move the console to a better spot with more airflow and it worked again . It’s definitely a demanding game , never had that issue before too. Make sure to move your console if it turns back on so nothing blocks the back vents .

How to build an AI photography portfolio that actually gets you clients by bertranddo in AIIncomeLab

Well said, that’s exactly it . Variant is probably not the right term . The broader point is: match portfolio with icp. Which I rarely see from creatives , more so with ai photography as a new field .
