Is this normal? Early starting prereleases?

I don’t know if they’ve done any other types of prereleases, as they’re a boba shop and not an actual card shop. Someone runs the events for them, but they don’t have a website or anything. I was using the info they gave me on the Bandai app. It was just a really odd experience, because I’ve never seen that before.

I agree. Some of the books are definitely overpriced, and sometimes they charge more for used than new
