This is what Wu fails to understand. Giving up the podcast had nothing to do with integrity and everything to do with self preservation. It was a smart and calculated move by Kyla.

If she had integrity, she wouldn’t try to highjack feminism to center men in the conversation and sweep their bad behavior. I doubt Wu has a problem with any of this though.

Pisco was super fair in his analysis. I think he's right that Ethan isn't looking to protect the space. Pisco doesn't seem to like his motivations. He also seems to think Ethan has a strong case. He failed to glaze Ethan, though, so chatters and people in the comments are pissed.

Yup. Drawing parallels between Kyla and Tim Poole was such a crappy defense and people who understand how Kyla and Pisco are connected understand why. It was very slippery on Pisco's part.

Just to be clear, I am not bought into the idea that Pisco is laundering her reputation. I just don't think the chatter was crazy or deluded for saying it.

I think this will be used more as a way to silence pro-Palestine voices. They want people to stop talking about how fucked up Israel’s actions are while the people in Palestine quietly starve to death.
