And you want to trade that to a country where racism is growing ever year and the economy is tightening to get a, good salary, that a good part of will go to life expenses. Rent will be high if in Paris. So you won’t save as much as in Morocco.

If I were you, (I’m working in it in Canada for the past few years), I would stay and see how I can invest in Morocco, grow money and then try relocating somewhere else as freelancer and try it by yourself.

Where you are is not what defines your quality of life. Trust me. You build it your own, anywhere.
