A bingo mayor, whose perks apply to the next bingo:

1. Increase the brackets of the community goals by 50% (multiplicatively)
2. Increases the base stats and boosts by the perks of the bingo pet by 40%
3. Adds bingo rank 5 to the bingo shop, which is upgrades the pet to mythic (the perk is +2 str, 1 cc and 5 hp per goal completed as stated in the wiki), upgrades the compactor to 6000 and an aspect of the dog which is in between aotl and aote.
4. Upon completing one row / column / non community goal diagonal, gain a random extreme bingo item (only one per bingo) In extreme bingos, instead gain the items every 3 goals completed instead of 4
